- Who is someone who inspires you? And why?
- Although I feel no matter who I look at, whether it ranges from famous singer Lily Allen who voices her opinions and is very outspoken, to Nelson Mandela who sacrificed many years of his life in Jail for a cause he was passionate about, to my own Mother who is very loving and caring towards others, I can always find inspiration in something. However a notable figure that I just recently learned about actually, is quite inspirational to me is Captain Paul Watson from Sea Shepherd. He inspires me because he is not just the typical person that is passionate about a certain cause and talks about it, be he is physically there and physically present and defends whales and sharks and other species which the human race takes for granted and therefore doesn't think about, even though they are becoming endangered. I look up to him in that he doesn't wait for someone else or the government to do something about what he thinks is important, but he literally goes out to the ocean and strives to protect it. One of his quotes that I really inspire me is "It only takes a few people to make a big change." This is completley true, because since it is always the people that strive for more than the government is already doing, that make history!
