Q: What should I wear?

A: The dress code is smart casual. Look nice but be comfortable. You (students) will be sitting on the floor for part of every day!


Q: Do I need to pay for meals?

A: Your registration fee covers all meals - from Friday morning snack through Sunday lunch, including Saturday’s Conference dinner at a restaurant. If you are staying at the City Garden Hotel, breakfast is included.


Q: What about transportation between the hotel and the airport?

A: Transportation to and from the airport to the City Garden Hotel HK$140 per person per trip for airport coach (Public Coach) HK$800 per coach per trip for 24-seaters coach (Private Coach) HK$1,100 per coach per trip for 49-seaters coach (Private Coach) Please proceed to the Sino Hotels Group Counter (Booth Number: A02) located at Arrival Hall “A” after baggage claim and clearing customs, where hotel staff will assist you. Kindly inform our staff that you are holding a room reservation at the City Garden Hotel.

Q: How will I get from the hotel to ISB each day for the conference?

A: A bus will pick you up at the hotel each morning and drop you off in the afternoon. During the conference, if you need transportation due to an emergency, we can arrange transportation for you.
